The items on this page are created by a local jeweler who is not involved in magic, but who does have a taste for the peculiar. In most cases, these items are very limited availability, and they WILL vary from item to item as they are hand made.
We will make an effort to show you items we have for sale, remove them once they are out of stock, and the items will go first come first serve to those who order and pay.

Genuine Chicken Foot Pendulums With Skull Caps!
We currently have 8, count- em 8 REAL dehydrated chicken foot pendulums!
Each of these comes in a small burlap bag. The top features a carved bone skull. The copper pin is driven through the top of the skull and out the bottom, and it is painted black by hand so that it is not seek when you look into the sockets of our little friend's eyes. It is then looped and put through the copper chain.
The Chicken feet are natural real feet. They are dried in salt to preserve them and will be found to be in a variety of natural (Or perhaps UN-natural) poses.
Crafting the cap of the foot was the most challenging part. Various things were tried and experimented with. In the end, a hand molded Epoxy Putty, formed around the unique ankle of the given chicken, and then given many coats of metallic paint and clear coat proved to be the answer. A hand fashioned copper wire loop is then epoxied into deep drilled holes at the top of the foot, creating a sturdy, creepy and very functional pendulum. The epoxy topes trap the natural bumps if the chicken feet insuring that they will not come off. Also, the epoxy adds weight to otherwise nearly weightless feet, and helps to make the pendulums swing better.
Here is a selection of the items we have AS OF THE CREATION OF THIS PAGE. If you see one that strikes your fancy more than another, feel free to ask for it BUT if it has already been sold, another one will be sent unless you EXPRESSLY state you only want that one.
Note there is one with a heavier copper chain. This can make the pendulum slightly harder to set into motion, but does add a chunkier look.

Eagle Foot Replica Pendulums.
These are made from REPLICA eagle feet- they are NOT real, but they sure look it.
We only have two of these. One with a 36 Inch chain, for larger more visible presentations, and another with a shorter chain. We MAY have a few more of these in a week or two.
The chain used with these is the beefier chain seen above right. The tops are fashioned in exactly the same way as the chicken foot pendulums, and the epoxy attachments on the claw feet also insures a secure attachment.
The chicken foot pendulums are again REAL, so before you ask us to ship one to a foreign country, make sure you can import poultry parts legally.
The Eagle Claws, again, are resin and could just as easily be presented as being Dragon Claws, Phoenix claws or what have you.
The Chicken Feet come with a rough Burlap Bag as pictured above. The Eagle Claws come with a sewn cloth drawstring bag with an inner bag sewn at the top. This inner bag is where you plop the skull, so that you can always easily find it, and the chain won't tangle.
